During the operation of canteens, restaurants, meat processing plants and canning plants, it is mandatory to operate a degreasing device, which helps to prevent the greasy water contaminated with oily food waste from entering the sewer. Due to strict environmental and water protection regulations and to avoid clogging and sewer penalties, it is very important to regularly clean and maintain such equipment, while the frequency of the cleaning depends on the load. If the equipment is not cleaned, its efficiency will rapidly decrease, it will not be able to treat the incoming wastewater and the concentrated and retained contamination may enter the sewer.
Thanks to our modern machinery, we can also clean equipment that is difficult to access (e.g. installed in a cellar), as well as equipment with automatic and semi-automatic emptying. Our truck has a special self-pumping tank that sucks up the material collected in the cleaning equipment. The extracted waste is transported with our valid collection and transportation permits and deposited at an officially licensed disposal site.
